• Develop and manage all IT Project Infrastructure Management functions including, Requirement gathering from client, Design and prepare cost effective solution as per client needs, Vendor Management, Project execution & implementation Management, and IT-Security Management.
• Design solution for Datacenter, as per client present and future growth needs according to latest technologies available in market.
• Evaluate client security needs including CCTV and Access Control System as well as physical security for premises including Road Blocker, Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS) and Arm Barriers. Plan and design security solution for successful implementation in project.
• Work closely with the assigned Project Managers to setup IT network/ servers / solution implementation plan for timely delivery of project handover.
• Effectively coordinate and communicates relevant IT-related information between project concern members.
• Prepare project cost estimations and manage project completion according to budget.
• Devise plans for Business Continuity and Disaster recovery plans and implement BCP & DRP and test and audit periodically.
• Coordination and responsible for presales IT related tasks and provide technical support during overall project execution process and ensure timely handover of project.
Manage the IT department with primary functions of recommending technical, functional
and commercial expertise, promoting system usefulness, imposing IT policies and
procedures, providing customer support and troubleshooting hardware and network
