• Leading the overall Document Control Team & directly reporting to PD & PCM.

• Attainia is dedicated to improving the management of the healthcare capital equipment lifecycle and Supplies the industry's broadest array of capital equipment management system, including budget, plan, predict, and watch.
• Updating Medical Equipment (ME) and FF&E each item in Attainia online system. Generating reports for project management and end user.
• Analysis & query based retrieval of project engineers request for project related documents especially Medical Equipment and FF&E.
• Finalizations of document metadata and tag relationship with each medical equipment item code for VBC-EDMS upload.
• Detailed knowledge of Corporate Document Numbering procedure and application of same during assignment new documents.
• Number assignment to project engineering documents. To provide document search, view and print guidance to ASTAD Support users.
• Keeping control of revision, control of documents as well as final documentation.

• Custody / update and retrieval of Master filing of technical documents.
• Verification / receipt of drawings / documents status for the incoming subcontractor transmittals.
• Updating of the incoming document Master log.
• Assisting engineering team during bidding & evaluation stages for the award of new subcontracts pertaining to RLPEP.
• Document / Drawing control and update using ASSAI electronic database management system (EDMS) for the project.
• Issuance / distribution of outgoing transmittals as well as distribution of incoming technical submittals from Contractor & subcontractors.

Maintain the registers for Site Instruction, Engineer Instruction & Contract Drawings.
Verify ITP’s (Inspection & Test plan) submission from the sub-contractors for correct coding system & attachments for submission to consultants.
Prepare Monthly QA/QC Report for submission to consultant.
