• Successfully delivered InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi, an AED 2.5 billion luxury hospitality
and residential development comprising approximately 130 serviced residences, from construction
through testing & commissioning, authority approvals, handover, and defect liability period
management.
• Coordinated consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives throughout the
project lifecycle.
• Reviewed technical submissions, led multidisciplinary coordination, facilitated utility approvals, and
supported quality assurance and operational readiness activities.

• Managed electrical engineering activities, testing, commissioning, quality control, and project
handover for Peshawar to Karachi Motorway Project

• Reviewed MEP designs, technical submissions, specifications, and coordinated project stakeholders
for hospital revamping projects.

• Oversaw execution of MEP systems for airport rehabilitation projects, including contractor
management, technical coordination, testing & commissioning, quality control, and successful
project delivery

• Managed operation and maintenance activities for hypermarket facilities and implemented
preventive maintenance programs.

• Managed operation and maintenance of 132 kV grid station, substations, and process plant
electrical systems.
• Led preventive maintenance, contractor management, electrical upgrades, and reliability
