I am an experienced professional having 11 years of hands on experience in the field of Commissioning & Production Operation in Oil & Gas Field in Gas Separation, Gas Dehydration, Condensate Stabilization, Gas & Condensate Export, Wellhead Operation, Gas gathering transmission lines Operation & Refinery and Petrochemicals projects. Control Room operation experience on DCS like Honeywell, Foxboro, ABB & Yokogawa.
Co-ordinate with EPC contractors regarding system completion status.
Participate in Commissioning& Start-up activities.

Acts as the Incidents Controller in the event of a site Emergency or Incidents.
Patrols area and inspects equipment, such as trunk lines (Gas Gathering), and pumps, compressors, Gas engines, Produced Water system, Fire & Gas detection system, Fuel Gas conditioning & distribution, Hydraulic oil system, SCSSCV, UMV, Choke valve & test separator to detect malfunctions and leakage. Reads flow meters and temperature and pressure gauges, and records data.
Turns valves and switches as directed to regulate temperature, pressure, and flow rate of product and regulate equipment’s such as pumps / compressors.
Responsible for chemical dosage adjustment for Hydrate prevention and removal in the field facilities and gathering.

Performs DCS operation of the entire operating facility.
