• Monitors & Evaluate mechanis performance and provide assistance accordingly
• Respond to the unforeseen delay and take necessary actions accordingly.
• Ensue inter depart communication & respond accordingly
• Generate efficiency & productivity reports.
Manage the special tools for proper arrangement and generate query if required.

• Reporting to Svc Mngr about the current status of the repair order
• Coordinate activities to ensure the in time delivery of the vehicle.
• Follow up the proceedings for timely completion.
• Maintains cooperation & teamwork through actions.
• Forecasting of spares required for timely completion
• Provide assistance to the team member when and where required.
