I am a seasoned development practitioner with over 18 years of proven experience leading the implementation and management of social mobilization, community development, health, education, community physical infrastructure, livelihood restoration, environment, vocational training centers, and computer centers with a large, diverse team. I have a solid track record and extensive experience dealing with national and international visitors. I excel in conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Specifically, I have expertise in implementing and managing all social safeguards, including livelihood restoration plans (LRP), grievance redressal mechanisms (GRMs), gender sensitivity, Environmental and Social Management Frameworks (ESMF), and resettlement policies. My focus includes community inclusion and development, the inclusion of vulnerable groups, social mobilization strategy, stakeholder consultation, and grievance resolution processes, particularly under World Bank-funded projects.
I have successfully implemented a range of integrated social development initiatives, including community mobilization, child protection, Grant, Skills base training program, Shelters, education, health, poverty alleviation, women empowerment, nutrition, Cash for Work, Food for Work, emergency response, and physical infrastructure development, especially in the aftermath of recurring floods in Sindh.
I have managed 2000 Community-Based Organizations through an intensive team, collaborating on various projects involving Income Generation Grants, Community Investment Funds, Training, Drought Mitigation, COVID-19 Projects, Cash for Work, Education Programs, Livestock Projects aiming to Increase Fats and Meat (a project of the Federal Government of Pakistan), Vaccination initiatives, Drip Irrigation Systems, Health Insurance, Child Protection, Family Planning, Livelihood support for Landless Hares, and Emergency Response and Recovery projects. These efforts have been successful in partnership with organizations such as UN-World Food Program, FCDO, UNICEF, UN-FAO, UNDP, USAID, PPAF, NDRMF, Oil and Gas Companies, the Federal Government, and the Government of Sindh.
The main responsibility of the Sr. Manager Mobilization and Disaster Management Programme is to field program Monitoring, implementation, stakeholder outreach, consultation and coordination, community development programming and administration of development assistance, Manage Disaster activities. Social Mobilization Manager also responsible for ensuring the Project compliance donor level, social safeguards, resettlement policies and requirements; identifying gaps. Manage all disaster level projects.
Specific Job Functions:
• Establish the system of Environment and social safeguard assessment in the project area construction schools, hospital, tube well, deep hand pumps and water supply schemes.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, which improve the environmental and social sustainability of projects, enhance project acceptance, and make a significant contribution to successful project implementation.
• To ensure that appropriate project information on environmental and social risks and impacts is disclosed to stakeholders in a timely, understandable, accessible and appropriate manner Encourages stakeholder feedback, particularly as a way of informing project design and engagement by stakeholders in the identification and mitigation of environmental and social risks and impacts.
• Responsible for leading on all social mobilization activities of program for improved health and education, nutrition sensitive Intervention of agriculture and WASH social mobilization strategy development and its implementation as defined in project proposal and work plan.
• Social mobilization to improve the quality and efficiency of community organization (CO), village organization (VO) and local support organization (LSOs)
• To manage Marvi workers and health project along with government.
• Management of E&P Companies Projects (Eni Pakistan & PPL) and MISALI Project of HANDS
• To provide strategic support in planning & development and monitor initiatives.
• To keep liaison with local communities at grass root level, including political leaders, public representatives, and pressure groups, local NGOs and Civil Administration, to manage community development needs and maintaining cordial relationships.

As a Project Manager was responsible for corporate social responsibility project supported by Eni Pakistan Oil and Gas company and district government Jamshoro and Dadu, managed 70+ staff, 22 community schools, 3 vocational training and one computer training Centre, 4 community health Centre, 01 mother and child health Centre and three ambulances including veterinary medical camps, medical camps small development schemes like a deep hand pump, solar system, dug well, drinking water tube well and construction of schools, hospital and lining and water course etc.
As district executive manager, I was in charge of shelter, education, health, water and sanitation, nutrition, livelihood, distribution, and corporate social responsibility projects for overall programme management in Jamshoro, as well as providing strategic social mobilization direction, implementation, and supervision of all social safeguard standards.
Managed multiple types of community-based training, like DRR, CBDRM, enterprise development, LMT, CMT, BMT, first aid, CO, VO, and kitchen gardening.
Complete 2, 600 low-cost shelters supported by FCDO, BBHC, and Medico International Germany, as well as 100 philanthropic shelters in three districts.

As an income generation grant manager, I kept going to the 41 union councils in Tharparkar and providing grants to vulnerable households with a poverty ranking score below 19. Assistance was provided in 950 villages in Tharparkar. A project funded by the Government of Sindh named "Union Council-Based Poverty Reduction Project".

The main responsibility of the District Manager for Social Mobilization is to manage 14 projects and a social mobilization team, including 1400 village organizations in the district and a field program. Monitoring, implementation, stakeholder outreach, consultation, and coordination, community development programming and administration of development assistance, managing disaster activities, child rights and protection, the Prime Minister Livestock Initiative Project, the Landless Haree Project, health, microfinance, micro drip irrigation, the Pakistan Dairy Development Project, and the Sindh Government’s Sustainable Land Management and Development Projects
The social mobilization manager is also responsible for ensuring the project's compliance with donor levels, social safeguards, resettlement policies and requirements, and identifying gaps. Manage all disaster-level projects.
