Specifically, I have expertise in implementing and managing all social safeguards, including livelihood restoration plans (LRP), grievance redressal mechanisms (GRMs), gender sensitivity, Environmental and Social Management Frameworks (ESMF), and resettlement policies. My focus includes community inclusion and development, the inclusion of vulnerable groups, social mobilization strategy, stakeholder consultation, and grievance resolution processes, particularly under World Bank-funded projects.
