Plans itinerary and schedules travel accommodations for military and civilian personnel and dependents according to travel orders, using knowledge of routes, types of carriers, and travel regulations.
Verifies travel orders to ensure authorization.
Studies routes and regulations and considers cost, availability, and convenience of different types of carriers to select most advantageous route and carrier.
Notifies personnel of travel dates, baggage limits, and medical and visa requirements, and determines that all clearances have been obtained.
Assists personnel in completing travel forms and other business transactions pertaining to travel.
Deliver personnel files and travel orders to persons prior to departure.
Meet and inform arriving personnel of available facilities and housing, and furnish other information.
Arrange for motor transportation for arriving or departing personnel.

My duties were managing reception, general administration, handling online availability, dealing with customer queries, receiving and making payments and carrying out cash and card transaction, room bookings and restaurant management, assisting guests in hotel, meeting guest’s requests, updating guest records, covering day/night Shifts and maintaining personal files of employees. I have lots of knowledge in Health and Safety as it is the heart of the company.
