Lead, manage & supervise MEP Technical Office Staff to perform MEP technical works, drawings, planning, documentation, procurement. Interface with project team, consultant, client and main-contractor on daily work activities. Responsible for the progress of all MEP technical activities and to ensure that all works are carried out a head of the project construction time schedule. Management of the entire scope of works in accordance with the construction phases and scope required to ensure timely preparation and submission of work shop drawings, materials submittals, tender package, and engineering submittals. Including, design reviews, Engineering Coordination, Engineering calculations, raise RFI, review selection of MEP Equipment / Systems, coordinated drawing, composite drawings, As Built drawings, O & M Manuals and ensuring Quality Control issues are being adhere.
- Design review and supporting design department to overcome design issue.
- Material & drawing approvals from consultant.
- Leading, developing and coordinating with a team, to manage and hand over the projects within the allotted deadline
- Create and execute strategic plan that will help in meeting and/or exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify operational gaps within the project and develop a plan to fill them.
- Help in Design review and supporting design department to overcome design issue.
- Material & drawing approvals from consultant.
- Following procurement for on time material delivery and to reduce material cost by value engineering.
- Supervising site execution.
- Formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
- Always available to mentor team members Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant. Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Major Role:
- Coordinating between the client, consultant and main contractor
- Coordinating with different sub-Contractors
- Coordinating with Design departing to solve design issues & preparing shop drawings
- Coordinating with supplier and consultant to finalize the material approval
- Coordinating with Procurement department ensure on time material delivery
- Preparing master execution plan
- Defining Work Scope during execution
Activities:
1. Coordinating between main contractor, consultant and client to achieve site execution targets.
2. Preparing & updating master work plan as per the site conditions.
3. Preparing & updating weekly reports.
4. Defining scope of work as per tender drawings and contract.
5. Finalizing material approval as per the specifications.
6. Raising RFI s to consultant for design modifications.
7. Rectifying design issues as per the site condition by coordinating with design team.
8. Supervising shop drawing team to finalize the shop drawings.
9. Leading site engineers, supervisors and foremans to ensure the site execution as per the approved shop
drawings.
10. Raising inspections to get consultant approval for completed activities.
11. Preparing material requisition to procure the material as per the approvals.
12. Pushing the procurement and finance departing to procure the materials.
13. Coordinating with supplier to ensure on time delivery.
14. Preparing monthly bills.
15. Preparing billing forecast.
16. Preparing quarterly revenue reports.

7. Supporting project engineers and site team during site execution.

2. Performing variance cost analysis, reviewing contract documents.
3. Preparation of deliverable list, and split scope of work for internal departments.
4. Compilation of tender documents as per client’s request.
5. Preparing proposal report and status of bids to top management
6. Identifying project requirements and scope of work and preparing procurement schedule.
7. Preparing Technical Submittals for consultant approvals.
8. Raising RFI’S to consultant for queries (Design Modification & Alternate proposals).
9. Preparing approved vendors list.
10. Preparing request for quotations/ proposals based on project specification, drawings and BOQ.
11. Receiving quotations and preparing comparison statements both technical & commercial.
12. Preparing request for approval and seeking internal company approval as per approved matrix for
selected vendors.
13. Preparing Purchase Order as per procedures.
Activities:
1. Supporting customer in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
Supports the front end sales team during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations
with customers.
2. Reviewing Technical queries from customer and finalizing within stipulated time.
3. Technical face to face discussions and presentations.
4. Using internal tools & resources to develop technical specifications and prepare cost effective
engineering proposals that meet customers technical and business requirements.
5. Review Customer Purchase order, doing necessary calculations verifying the order acknowledgment
from supplier technically and commercially.
Marketing strategies
a) Assist in providing market feedback and project forecast for water industry.
b) Conduct product technical trainings to end users, customers and agents.
c) Meeting consultants for technical support and to specify our product list in their data base and
Engineering specification.
d) Maintaining a working project database for future project references
e) Provided pre-sales and after-sales technical support to customers and distributors to clarify and finalize
engineering specifications, involving products & material selections/sizing.
