Preparing, managing, and processing Interim Payment Certificates for completed work.
Preparation of Quantity Measurement Sheets.
Evaluating all payment applications from subcontractors.
Addressing subcontractor issues as they arise and ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare material quantities take-offs (MTO) for each stage of design BOQ and final out the differences which leads to change order.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Establish performance metrices, Dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track and communicate status.
Monthly Progress Tracker to achieve the target progress.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify cost variances and propose cost control measures to keep projects on budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
Review and evaluate supplier/subcontractor proposals, ensuring cost effectiveness andquality.
Provide assistance and strategic input to project management teams and project controls management to develop cost and schedule goals and provide performance metrics that help track overall project success criteria.
Verify Purchase Request (PR).
Coordinating with material or procurement departments and providing the requirements for purchase orders / subcontractors.
Lead a team of Junior Quantity Surveyors, ensuring their ongoing development and knowledge-building
Attend project/site meetings and take attendance of all subcontractors attending meetings, reviewing the meeting minutes
