Coordinating the sales and warehouse team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Handled incoming queue phone calls for a cash sale, and home access products.
Responsible for sales tracking, handling all departmental email, processing, follow up and maintenance of all e-commerce transactions using NetSuite Oracle.
Manage the internal Proof of Performance process and liaise with the Operations team to manage quality control of the photos.
Provide Support Services for Office. Provide support to Sales and Warehouse team and ensure the office is run efficiently and support is provided.
Ensuring accurate stock records are kept physically and in system using NetSuite Oracle.
Inventory Control, Reporting to the Client on daily activities, Stock Maintenance, Coordinating with Audit, Supervision of In-coming and out-going stocks into the Warehouse using FOCUS.
Tracking & maintaining inventory levels in the assembly and stores for all items required.
Studying and preparing plans for inventory requirements.
Distributing the stocks as and when required by location.
Planning and monitoring warehouse operations of receipt, storage, return of unsold stock, inventory control and monitoring inbound logistics.
Ensuring accurate stock records are kept.
Preparing weekly / monthly / yearly store stock statement & submitting it to the management.
Visual inspection of stock received for damages and raising.
