• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications (Desktops, Laptops, Tabs).
• Monitoring and maintain data systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot IP Phone, setup and configure Fax machines
• Support MOE&HE users through a series of actions, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

• Monitor the Internet and email usage of users.
Install, configure & troubleshoot smart Boards and guide the users.
• Prepare all IT support for MOE&HE activities like (Assembly Hall Presentations, Auditorium Presentations, Conferences… etc.) and support the activities with required IT tools.
• Check & patch required Microsoft updates on all desktops and staff laptops.
• Install required Microsoft Office applications and configuring their updates.
• Assist in installing required applications on tablets based on education and teachers’ requirements.
• Troubleshoot Symantec End Point Protection.
• Monitor and maintain the MOE user email system (Microsoft Office 365).
