Responsible for all the inbound and outbound of goods:-
• To maintain the inventory accuracy within warehouse and outlets.
• To schedule the deliveries and ensuring that deliveries are done on time.
• To administer the staff including the operations.
• To manage the inventory counting which also includes categorizing of inventory
• To do proper receiving of goods and ensuring accurate quantity received as per documents.
Responsible for warehousing of inbound RM and PM and all outbound finished goods including Distribution of finished goods, for the Unilever factory, also responsible for storing Packaged Materials, Raw Materials, Finished Goods in 3PL warehouses, and coordination with transporter and co packing.
• To do the receipt to finished goods from production to warehouse.
• To do all aspects of warehousing for RM and PM inbound to the 3rd party warehouse and to the factory
• To coordinate all outbound distribution activities including transportation management, outbound customs.
• To Coordinate transportation between warehouses, 3rd party, and co-packers.
• To manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and WMS in all 3 warehouses
• Liaise with the appropriate shipping trucking contacts, as and when required, to resolve potential or current problems.
• Manage the shift patterns to ensure resources are allocated in an optimum manner, taking into account current and anticipated throughput of the warehouse.
• To verify all PM & RM while received from suppliers to warehouse..
• Ensure the various invoices received from providers of logistics related services are validated.
• Ensure handling equipment is scheduled for maintenance.
• Ensure safety is top priority in the Warehouse
• Coordinate with QA team to investigate all no conformances and Block stocks when requested
June 2013- till to April 2014 worked as Warehouse Administartor in
Emirates Refining Company (ERCO) UAE. Part of IFFCO Group of Companies, UAE.
Managing Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management on Oracle Warehouse Management System with administration of 50 + staff and 21 MHEs.
• Coordinating with all supports departments (Customer Service, Logisitcs, Procurement and Production) for planning of receiving and dispatching of finished goods.
• Managing inventory and all the transactions on Oracle and ensuring that physical inventory remains updated with system inventory
• Responsible for safe operation of all MHEs in a cost effective manner (including Single Reach Truck, VNA, Power Pallet trolleys and Forklifts)

Managing for planning of finished goods Warehouse with administration of 83 + staff. Administrating the distribution of around 100+ Vehicles with 3PL and 10 Fork Lifts with a small in house workshop.
• Leading Supply Planning, Warehousing and Shipping related activities for the Company.
