Main responsibilities

*Preparation of Daily and Monthly Production Reports.
*Sale Gas transfer to SNGPL following the sale gas specification and Assistance in Execution of Joint Metering Calibration of
Custody transfer equipment (GC, Flow boss, Chart Flow recorders FPTR, Moisture Analysers).
*Assistance in scheduling, planning and execution of maintenance jobs of the process equipment.
*Implementation of organization's HSE policies especially Permit to Work (PTW) system.
*Simulate different scenarios for the optimization of plant parameters and modification.
* LPG Recovery Plants (By Mechanical Propane refrigeration unit).
* Propane extraction from Liquefied petroleum gas.
* Natural Gas Dehydration (using MEG).
* LPG Bottling plant and Marketing of LPG to local Distributors
*Conducted HAZOP & Incident Investigation.
*Handling HP, MP& LP separators (two and three phase Separation) and monitoring of well production Behaviour.
*MEG injection for removal of water and regeneration of the rich MEG.
*Monitoring and operating of liquefaction and dehydration unit.
*NGL recovery and NGL injection to control C3 slippage for the enhancement of LPG production.
* Processing and treatment of well stream fluid and Gas injection in Wells for artificial Lifting.
* Start up / Shut downs of plant and handling Trouble shooting of operational problems.
*Coordination with production department during well’s Intervention operation/well injection chemicals.
*Monitoring and operating of gas purification plant for the removal of H2S.
*Operate DCS & PLC Operations, DCS is delta V operate system of (Emerson process management) & PLC system of Allen Bradley.
*Maintaining residue, specific gravity and RVP specifications of LPG Product.
*Maintaining specific gravity and other specifications of plant Product including crude oil, solvent oil and propane.
*Emergency handling regarding pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, instrument failure.
*Addressing to all the administrative and managerial issues regarding oil tankers and LPG vessels.
*Supervision of hot jobs and critical jobs.
* Develop Plant troubleshooting skills.
*During the start up & shut down of plant develop sound technical / analytical skills necessary for smooth operation of plant.
*Supervision of crude oil and LPG pumping and achieving daily dispatch target with optimum safety
