Project Summary:
The project consists of 95 buildings, including 61 towers, and combines residential solutions, work and entertainment over a space of more than 1.6 million square meters. It will provide more than 3 million square meters of space for various uses, 62, 000 parking spaces and accommodation for 12, 000 residents.
AREA OF WORK- EXECUTION
• Building Works Electrical Power system
• Building Lighting System
• Lighting Control with DALI
• CBS, Central Battery System
• Electrical Equipment’s Installation including Panels, Transformers & Switch Gare
• Site Maintenance (Ensuring continuous supply in site to avoid complete shutdown of work)
• REVIEWING (IFC, BOQ, Project specification & Contract), Drawings (SD, RL, As-Built)
• Prepare STF, WIR, RFI, MTO & check the material delivery status.
• Site inspections after execution of installation to ensure the quality and the design intent are implemented as per project specifications
• Checked & monitored daily activities & accomplishments to ensure completion dates are in accordance with the approved construction schedule
• Coordinating with Civil, Plumbing & Hvac Department.
• Handling Sub contractor (with invoices) & taking care of safety, quality & progress of work.
• Regularly Inspection of site work, Monitoring & reporting to Manager about Project Progress

Job Responsibilities:
• Witness and monitor Electrical testing and Commissioning
• Identified weaknesses, addressed risk and provided suggestions to improve the systems.
• Monitor the installation of power supply for the service utilities.
• Participate in and conduct weekly coordination meetings with the client, construction team and contractors.
• Check all electrical related works and coordinates with mechanical, civil and other disciplines to avoid contradictions.
• Maintain the safety measures on site and ensure that all quality control regulations are met.
• Witness of Instrumentation cable tray and conduit installation.
• Install the electrical and instrument grounding system.
• Perform Insulation resistance test, Grounding test, continuity test, Energization test.
• Monitoring and executing the site works according to approved drawings.
• Maintaining the records of Calibration Certificate for various testing Instruments like Cable Insulation Resistance Tester, Earth Resistance Tester, Primary Current injector etc.
