The company is engaged in the business of sale of leading cream brand Al Taj and the Farm Ghee. Also it is engaged in slicing and preparation of fresh manufactured and semi-manufactured meat products.

Currently working as Financial Analyst and additionally as Accounts Manager for the manufacturing unit whereby my duties include the following:
• Analysis of the Financial Statements to identify the status of the company operations by comparing and analyzing the actual results with plans and forecast.
• Brand margin analysis
• Implementation of internal controls and monitoring of trade support and marketing spending
• Forecasting for the existing and new products
• Manufacturing and operational cost analysis and forecast for the meat products
• What if and Breakeven analysis
• Annual budgeting for the meat plant
• Supervision for the monthly and annual closing for meat plant

Dhilal Holding Company is a parent company of a group of companies. The group is comprised of 12 companies which are involved in various activities such as execution of contracts, manufacturing of road safety materials, trading of electrical equipments and building materials etc.

• Financial and Operational performance analysis and reporting for the group companies.

• Design of consolidated chart of account for all the companies keeping in view the future consolidation of accounts.
• Review of financial transactions of the subsidiary companies for compliance with accounting standards.
• Risk based assessment of internal controls and developing proposals for the improvement of system of internal control in all the companies.
• Finalization of financial statements in accordance with IFRs, local accounting standards and GAAPs.
• Reconciliation of accounts between group companies and head office.
