Drawings & have experience in various engineering projects.
• To draw the layout for the given plot in different scales like 100, 200, 500,
1000, 1500 & 2000 etc. for municipality approval.
• Complete & comprehensive detail of elevations & sections with stair case
details.
• Work on X-REF command with base point for final drawings.
• Doors and windows schedules details.
• Numbering of windows and doors
• Wall sections details with finishing and cladding.
• Wet area details with sections and tiles as per specifications.
• To show the cladding in architectural drawings.
• Responsible for the required rules of area for municipality approval & have
the capability to draw & calculate the area plans with accuracy. .
• Establishing cooperation with project team members under supervision.
• Handled the supervision & preparation of general arrangement & detail of
Architectural drawings for buildings projects.
• Responsible for the production of CAD drawings.
• Co-ordination of CAD resources for team and report to section manager.
• Prepare drawing transmittals, hard and soft copy of the drawings for the
submission of municipality.
• Discussion & agree setting out and building details with other members of
the design team.
• Input in to CAD standards used across the organization, working to resolve
key areas of repetition to improve efficiency.
• Determination of format and content of CAD library.
• Modification in the drawings for the contractor.
• Also can work in MS-Word with high speed typing, Excel & internet.
