SAAD 348 MWp Solar Plant is Developed By REPDO Program Round 3 - Cat B - (The Renewable Energy Project Development Office) The Site is located 85 km east of the city of Riyadh, KSA.
scope of work consists of EPC, Testing & Commissioning, O&M for 2 Yrs. of 1x348 MWp PV Power Plant, Substation Interconnection of 33/132 KV, Including OHTL of 2 km

The major goals of the project are:
1- Execute a zero-accidents strategy.
2- Achieve JINKO POWER objectives in terms of the project delivery time, Long-term operability and maintainability.
3- Complete the project in accordance with the highest quality Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards.
4- Perform the project with value-added Engineering, Procurement, and Construction practice.
5- Mitigate potential adverse risk consequences.
6- Achieve or exceed the PV solar plant Performance & Energy Yield requirements.

Responsabilites & Acheivements:
1- participate in the project time schedule in the study and tender stage with the project team
2- hold workshops with client planning and directors' teams, to create and validate contractual time schedules to be part of the project contract
3- create a project detailed baseline schedule as an EPC project consist design and procurement, construction and test and commissions with details of Areas, agreed methodology of works, project codes
4- create project Resource dictionary, and resource assignments as per agreed manpower productivity rates
5- Manage project control tasks which include preparation of baseline schedules, and progress reports and revising the output before distributing the reports to project parties
6- Monitor and control procurement and engineering progress.
7- Ensure that the subcontractor's performance is on track.
8- Propose the recommended recovery plans to complete the project schedule to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered.
9- Highlight variances, provide analyses and give recommendations on cost deviations when occurs.
