JOB Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and controlling of plant via DCS Yokogawa
• Monitored and controlled 3 phase separation system, Hydrocarbon Dew Point control unit, Gas compression and gas metering facility operations.
• Startup, shutdown, troubleshoot and routine operations of plant process as per SOP.
• Logging of plant parameters and reporting any abnormality in plant processes to Production incharge
• Taking corrective actions to handle process emergencies as per SOP.
• Monitoring, controlling and auditing of permit to work system (PTW System)
• To make plant, vessels and associated piping oxygen free for vessel entry.

• Monitoring and controlling of Co2 parameters compression and liquification unit.
• To log plant controlling parameters and troubleshoot operational upsets
• To maintain & ensure production systems are operated in accordance with the Business Plan and contractual agreements
• To ensure that product liquid & specifications are met at product custody points
• Execution & monitoring of startup, shutdown and operation of plant process as per Sop
• To make plant, vessels and associated piping oxygen free for vessel entries and hot jobs.
• Preparation of plant production daily reports
• Worked on Maximo to Generate WO PM/CM for maintenance
• Worked on SAP to generate notification and production data enter
job responsbilities:
Erection, precommissioning and commissioning, operation, performing tests of oil and Gas processing plants
Prepare punch lists
Hydrotesting, purging, leaktest
Plant operations and performance test
Project commissioned in Egypt elwastani gas field egypt LPG plant andgas processing unit 240 TONS LPG/day, 161mmscfd gas and 5000 BBL condensate
Mol gas 300 mmscfd project comissioned in pakistan
Logging of plant parameters and reporting any abnormality in plant process to production supervisor
Closely monitor the plant parameters trends and take immediate actions to avoid process upset.
To handle plant emergencies following HSE as first priority
