• Working as a project engineer for Fabrication and Commissioning of steel structures, pipelines, storage tanks, pipe racks, and platforms.
• Building strong relationship with existing clients and exploring new clients.
• Attending the Job explanation meeting as the company representative before the bidding stage.
• Preparing the bid, quotation and technical proposal package for submission to client.
• Estimation and planning of the projects in accordance with the concept selection phase to commissioning and handover to the client.
• Reviewing the in house designed drawings and correcting any mistakes before submitting to the client.
• Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for Fabrication, erection & commission of the plant; reviewing & analyzing contractor's order proposals & submittals.
• Managing the procurement and build process up to the standards and agreed scope.
• Identifying of areas to reduce the cost and increase productivity.
• Creating a safe work environment at the shop and field for the employees.
• Motivating the employees in order to get better productivity.
• Providing the installation of compressors, boosters, hydraulics and cranes.
• Scheduling and performing all kinds of maintenance to the equipment in shop and site.
Projects
Structures, Piping Projects and Static equipment:
• 24 Inch cooling tower water pipeline removal and new line fabrication and installation- LM=100 & approx. 500 dia. inch- NASCO plant.
• Planning, estimation and execution of Fabrication projects involving Various steel structures, including but not limited to Storage tanks, portable tanks, platforms, handrails, pipe racks, pipe supports etc. with weights in Tonnage up to 50-60 Tons per project.-SECO projects
• Estimation and bidding of 6 Raw Water Storage tanks (capacity ea.: 2 Million Liters )- KFUPM
• 6 “ Sweet Water Stainless Steel 304 grade pipeline installation-LM=1500 & 1950 dia. inch approx. - NASCO
• Planning, estimation and execution of pipeline Fabrication and Erection. 4/8 inch dia. up to 20-inch dia. and in excess lengths of 1000 meters and around 1500 dia. inches-NASCO
• Manufacturing of Portable caravan Mobile DC battery Banks -QTY=8-SECO
• Cement Cinder Block factory parts fabrication.-AWAMCO
• 2 x Oil Tanker estimation and Fabrication (capacity ea. = 28, 000 liters)-SECO.
• Flatbed Trailers x 7 each with 25 Ton Payload capacities.-ATCO.
Rotary Equipment and Hydraulics:
• High pressure Nitrogen Compressor Installation, testing and commissioning and scheduled maintenance.-SECO
• Nitrogen Boosters used to create a (3500 Psi) high-pressure booster bank. This system included high-pressure cylinders, nitrogen booster, on a portable trailer can be towed by any pickup truck. Testing and commissioning-SECO
• Installation and commissioning of High vacuum pumps up to 1 Torr- SECO.
• Vacuum Pump application for HVAC commissioning- Riyadh Bank
• Hydraulic press manufacture to produce thick corrugated sheets.
• Hydraulic Piston with reservoir tank and pump installation in Dump Truck for 18, 000 Kg lift capacity- AWAMCO
• 2 x 500 KW Generators canopy fabrication, supply and testing & commissioning. -SECO
• Portable Trailer Fabrication and supply of 45 KVA generator.- SECO
• Studying and understanding of the pressure vessels under the guidance of design engineers.
• Understanding the WPS codes related to pipelines and the dia. inch quantities.
• Calculating and estimating the number of weld joints.
