-Control and monitor all expenditure following the approved budget total cost Item wise by controlling all quantity in/out at all projects including
-verifying and checking of PPCs and Delivery notes to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Providing Cost Reports showing the actual cost (AC) and estimate to completion cost (ETC) for each project.
- Tracking all Petty cash, Tax Invoices, subcontractor’s Performa invoices to properly tracking the actual cost
- Recording all LPOs, Subcontractor agreements and comparing with the available budget for approval.
- Tracking all labours’ related costs to control the manpower budget.
- Generating budgets for awarded tenders with cost estimation.
- Studying Tenders documents (drawings - SPECS - vendors - BOQ) for prepare inquiries if any to estimate the cost in clear way.
- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Creating budgets for awarded tenders with cost estimation .
-Provide cost controlling support for all projects .
- Perform and manage project financial activity monitoring and purchase requests creation and follow up.
- Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
