-Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of architectural engineers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

-Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.
-Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations to secure new projects and expand the firm's client base.
-Implement quality control measures and review processes to ensure deliverables meet the firm's standards of excellence and client expectations.
