-Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.
-Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations to secure new projects and expand the firm's client base.
-Implement quality control measures and review processes to ensure deliverables meet the firm's standards of excellence and client expectations.
-Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
