• Supervised and planning of operational policies and procedures, managing facility workers and vendors.
• Responding appropriately to tenant’s emergencies or urgent issues as they arise by FOHD or E-Mail.
• Coordinate with seniors and keep informed of all changes in my areas of responsibility and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas.
• Focus on building maintenance, repairs and services with keep up date records of all equipment and Tools.
• Perform good workmanship, use approved quality materials, and comply with health and safety standards.
• Perform duties with initiative, teamwork, coordination, and continuously enhance skills and ability.
• Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures at all times.
• Installing, operating, maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment and systems (chiller, package, ducted split & others)
• Perform preventative maintenance on various mechanicals and electrical equipment in heating and cooling systems.
• Maintained record of all data for all future references.
• Display a sound knowledge of MEP and Civil related works.
• Provide progress reports on allocated work orders.
• Command on BMS Control as an operation.
• Follow the Health and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role.
• Working experience in HVAC Reciprocating Chillers & Operation and Maintenance
• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers, forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves and capillary tubes etc.
