Pertamina Hulu Mahakam is new company replacing Total EP Indonesie who operates Mahakam Block in Indonesia
1. Conduct the jobs in compliance with Company's HSE Principles, Procedures, Standing Instruction, International Standards &Recommendations, etc.
2. Perform organizational related activities to support Head of Department Process & Safety Studies establish effective and efficient organization.
3. Perform process related studies (engineering assistance) to support operational decision required by other entities (e.g. Development &Planning, Field Operation, etc.).
4. Perform/support process related studies on facility development and modification (conceptual, pre-project, basic and detailed engineering studies) as part of providing technical dossier for EPC project, MRS and Well Connection.
5. Take a lead for Process Engineering study for Prr-FEED and FEED
6. Deliver the jobs to meet optimum and best quality of results.
I am handling peciko offshore gas fIeld with onshore gas processing plant with job descriptions listed below,
- Providing technical support and plant monitoring including offshore platform and onshore gas processing plant, following the optimization of production tools, integrity and reability of the asset
- Coordinate site day to day operation and become focal point between site and other related services (drilling, well intervention, reservoir, facilities engineering, maintenance and inspection)
- Analyzing the operating parameters for optimizing production and ensure it is still in safe and optimum condition
- Analyzing the incidents in field operation and assesing the solutions to be adapted
- Reviewing scope of work and coordinating (focal point) for site modification
- Providing operations and productions expertise in order to improve efficiency, maximize production, adapt OPEX to production objectives and ensure the HSE level of operations
- Handle service contract that support operation in peciko field (create contract, follow tender, coordinate contractor operation and evaluating the expenses)
- As focal point in base office to prepare major shutdown or any major job (intelligent pigging, compressor maintenance, vessel inspection, etc). To prepare the shutdown planning and production configuration during shutdown and start up. To coordinate with related service during shutdown preparation to ensure smooth and optimum operstion during shutdown
- To monitor performances and consumption of chemical that utilezed in plant
I lead and supervise 4 process engineers for utility and tank terminal-loading berth area in order to perform several tasks below;
- Perform routine plant monitoring, ensure the optimization of unit performance (reactor, distillation column, parex adsorbent chamber)
- Create a problem solving for plant operation.
- Take a lead for plant modification and project related to plant
improvement (as a process designer and project coordinator)
- Ensure the plant facilities are operated safely, in a stable manner, realibly and efficient.
Research : Heat Exchanger Optimization using Pinch Modelling Technology in Fertilizer Plant
