• Handling complete ocean export operations of consoles and buying consolidation of global account customers & its suppliers. (Adidas, Reebok, Levi’s, Best Seller, Kontoor, Akerman, Rotterdam & NEXT).
• Leading Levis, Adidas and Ackerman accounts in an efficient manner
• Managing logistical operations, including shipping, packing, truckload planning, & clearance with AMS & ESI for USA and Canada sectors.
• Arranging supplies of containers, organized warehouse inventory and ensured timely shipping of orders and placement of products.
• Prepared export documents, bill of lading, and master bill of lading from shipping lines to dispatch consignee for cargo release in destination.
• Invoicing and pricing of new onboarding customers.
• Communication with entire supply chain export services from shipper end to consignee, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Managing SOP’s and KPI’s of key accounts and reporting to OKAM’s.
• Effective communication with suppliers and DSV destination offices via email/ call / M.S. Teams, to mediate information timely. Resolving ques and problems in clearance of shipments.
• Handling shipments of major DSV offices and meet their country & SOP requirements including DSV Australia, NewZealand, China, Taiwan, UAE, Phillipines, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, USA, Canada and South Africa.
• Using Cargowise one (Transport & logistics software), MyPanalpina, and carrier portals (OOCL, COSCO, HAPAG, ONE-LINE.)
• Responsible for overall Import consolidation for Medical instruments, machines, surgical disposable items - Inbound logistics, Commercial, Customer Services, Operations & Distribution.
• Developing, offering, and executing customized logistics solutions to ensure product availability at warehouses..
• Operational excellence for disbursement to products at end-user’s place (Hospitals). Take reordering and ensure sales and profitability.
• Customer Service, Pricing, New product/ plan demonstration to Doctors..
• Demand and supply planning, inventory control and new order placement.
Completed Masters in Business Administration with majors in Supply Chain Management.
Hi, Studied Business admisitration courses as per Higher Education Commission Pakistan. On 6th semester elected Supply Chain Management as elective course to purse carrier within the same domain.
