• Reporting to International Partner INGO’s for their Projects
• Collecting local activities reports from all over the Pakistan and prepared summaries
• Prepared training based presentation for character building of Orphans
• Prepared and initiate INGO Projects in all region of Pakistan and collect their reports after the execution of these projects
• Plan and organized events for the orphans and ensured all required standards in these events
• To coordinate and report the working of family support officer & Regional Coordinators.
• To assist Program Manager in making annual plan and goals for the department and also daily base operational activities
• Maintaining Official Social Media Page of the Department
• Manage the Ledger of Parties in the form of Hard and as well as in Soft
• Issuing the company Invoices, Quotations, Salary sheets, and make Payment to suppliers
• Keep a strong relationship with company banks in order to perform different financial activities
• Deal with all the import Payments of the Company
• Keep a Liaison with foreign Parties
• To manage the schedule of CEO and Set Meetings
• Manage, administer and supervise the standardization of Wise official setup
• To Keep data up to date and maintain hard as well as soft copies of the data
• Work on different Educational Project and leads many of them
• Co-ordinate many events and Seminars of Wise successfully
• Analyze and plan innovative strategies for decreased academia -industry gap to increase employability for students ( Supervise the WISE JOB Cell)
• Locate and propose Potential Employers, discovering and exploring job opportunities for the students of Wise College
• Making Presentation for different Educational Projects
