To produce comprehensive project schedules as per the project requirement with task information backups from project management team
To co-ordinate with various intercompany departments to gather the information for updating individual project plan
Update the project schedules as & when required keeping the baseline to track the actual Vs planned

Analyze slippage impact during individual project schedule updates and identify activities to be expedited to dampen the effect of slippage
Report variance and delays proactively after review of master payment schedule and POC for forecast submittals of invoice
Maintain and follow up for Update Master List - Project Risk Mitigation Request
Generate minutes of meeting for project progress review meetings and follow up to verify agreed closing dates
Issue comparison report on updates for consecutive week`s project schedule weekly
Prepare project schedule for proposals
Assist Project Management Team to establish realistic and achievable schedule baselines and for all related issues

Study Project specification documents to identify risks
Prepare BOQ, Deliverables through drawing study, Sequence of production/erection with execution team
Issue work instructions and Material requisitions based on IFC drawings, material nesting for procurement
Estimate lead time for project activities, deliverables based on information from design, procurement, production, erection teams
Setting Target for activities at micro-level keeping in view the Critical Activity Lead Time

Strive for the non-stop production to fill customer order by continuous monitoring of bottlenecks identified in capacity analysis
Evaluating machines, material availability and manpower w.r.t. master production schedule and take corrective actions to meet the schedules
Work closely with Quality Assurance department to manufacture quality products and eliminate non-value added processes
Weekly participate Obeya room to look for progress during the week and finding solutions for the delayed orders,

Being a Supply Chain Management member keep up the supplier partner relationship between upstream by striving to fulfill customer schedules and downstream (sub-venders)

• Production Optimization through selecting most suitable cutting tools, optimal cutting parameters, appropriate cutting strategies, proper tool holding system from best cutting tools and tool holding system manufacturers
• Arrange for daily machining requirements like production tooling, material and cutting tools to keep the production up to mark
• Keep up the shop floor team players for lean manufacturing techniques like Kaizen quality circles, Poka-Yoke, process focused manufacturing, automation and 5S activities
