•Team lead for all the HR functions (Recruitment, IR & ER, Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Performance Management and Organizational Development,
T&D in the fields of Leadership, Capacity Building, Application, Management, Decision Making and Ownership.
•Lead TNA process, TM & OD and appraisals of the outfit.
•Performance Evaluation with a view to recommend suitable talent for various functions.
•Member of Research and Development Wing.
•Project Management, facility Management and event management related administrative tasks.
•Member of trainers' selection committee and subsequently designing and implementing Train the trainers modules.

Coordinate and implement Rehabilitation of ex-combatants and IDPs.
