Manage and coordinate with a team of engineers and architects for preparation and submission of tenders.
Prepare and submit offers for the projects.
Follow up the status from the client.
Negotiation with the Clients and subcontractors.
Prepare contracts, sub-contracts and agreements for the projects as per the scope of work.
Review sub-contracts and agreements for the projects.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of the materials.
Coordinate with the project management team in order to resolve any issues at sites.
Develop project progress analysis.
Prepare, submit and follow up invoices to the clients.
Review invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage the Project documentation.
Regularly monitor project performance and cost estimates against plans and actual expense rate.
Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Manage the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
Plan and ensure implementation of routine and preventive maintenance of conventional and PLC based machines, generators, HVAC system, Gas fired absorption chillers, compressors, 4000 Amperes switchgear system and HT bulk supply system.
Troubleshoot and rectify machinery faults as they arise during operation ensuring minimum down time.
Inspect complete installations and observe maintenance operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specification and compliance with operational and safety standards in GMP and non GMP areas.
Develop viability and prepare proposals for induction of new technology/ replacement of old technology in order to improve overall plant efficiency.
Develop feasibility, justifications, BOQs and budgeting of projects. Manage and oversee efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily within set timeline and budget.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely delivery of material and timely completion of project activities.
Manage and maintain Power House and ensure provision of smooth power to the entire facility.
Perform Risk Assessment for the entire facility and take adequate measures to minimize the occupational and operational risks.
Organize and conduct in-house and outsourced technical and safety trainings for the employees.
Support other engineering functions (Utilities and Mechanical) in new installations.
Member of Safety Health and Environment committee which is responsible to execute safety, health and environment activities in entire facility in accordance with ISO and cGMP standards.
Formulation of energy conservation techniques and ensuring their implementation.
Forecast and plan spare requirement of the machines and generate purchase requisitions using SAP for requisite material.
Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to operation, maintenance and safety procedures of the machinery.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, utility companies and government agencies.
Major Projects
Implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance Module and incorporating Breakdown, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of all manufacturing, packaging and utility machinery.
Synchronization of 3 diesel generator sets (CAT 725kVA, Cummins 675kVA and Cummins 450kVA).
Complete automation of 8 header liquid filling line with all safeties.
Installation of 30 kW VFDs on 2 reciprocating air compressors with safeties and controlling.
Manage operation and maintenance of 2 Mega-Watt Power Plant.
Plan and ensure implementation of routine and preventive maintenance activities of conventional and PLC based machines, generators, HVAC system, Gas fired absorption chillers, compressors, LT switchgear system and HT bulk supply system.

Maintain record of maintenance of machines and equipment on daily basis.
Maintenance of addressable fire alarm system.
Maintenance of access control system.
Energy consumption monitoring and analysis.
Study, analysis and designing of electrical and electronic systems as per client’s requirement.
Commissioning of the equipment.
Supervision of projects.
