Manage and maintain Power House and ensure provision of smooth power to the entire facility.
Perform Risk Assessment for the entire facility and take adequate measures to minimize the occupational and operational risks.
Organize and conduct in-house and outsourced technical and safety trainings for the employees.
Support other engineering functions (Utilities and Mechanical) in new installations.
Member of Safety Health and Environment committee which is responsible to execute safety, health and environment activities in entire facility in accordance with ISO and cGMP standards.
Formulation of energy conservation techniques and ensuring their implementation.
Forecast and plan spare requirement of the machines and generate purchase requisitions using SAP for requisite material.
Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to operation, maintenance and safety procedures of the machinery.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, utility companies and government agencies.

Implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance Module and incorporating Breakdown, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of all manufacturing, packaging and utility machinery.
Synchronization of 3 diesel generator sets (CAT 725kVA, Cummins 675kVA and Cummins 450kVA).
Complete automation of 8 header liquid filling line with all safeties.
Installation of 30 kW VFDs on 2 reciprocating air compressors with safeties and controlling.
