To develop, implement and monitor companise Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs and Procedures,
assist the Board in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations with the objective of ensuring
that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of INMA staff and visitors.
To design and implement all the routes of the site area where paddestrian and vehicles are working close to each other
Specific training programs increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization investigate and report
on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to staff or visitors to the appropriate senior official,
and to assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to companise
vehicles and property.To investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the HSE manager
or other appropriate senior staff.Respond to employees’ safety concerns; To conduct, as necessary, the safety
inspection of any companise facility, respond to fires and other emergencies on or about the companise property.
Arrange periodicaly fire drills involing all senior management staff and testing fire alarms and escape route for ERP.
Carry out inspections of all vehicles and machinery being used such as forklift trucks, reach trucks, wheel loaders
Dump trucks and cranes.PTW permit to work issuance.
To coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures assist executive staff, senior administrators, principals and supervisors in emergency preparedness; To develop, review, and update appropriate sections of the companies Emergency Procedures Manual.
Hydro tests, Radiography test, High pot tests were also conduct after my inspections.
I was working at warehouse where edibles were kept so health and hygiene was priority so to meet the standards
Its was quite challenging and I learned a lot from my seniors my responsibilities were to monitor house keeping activities through out all the areas and inspections of all vehicle bringing products monitoring the temperature of the cold room and reporting and recording all the findings in my daily observation report and discussing it as appropriate
Carrying out day to day inspections of vehicles used within the site of the company including fork lift trucks, wheel loaders, dump trucks, bob cats, jack hammers, excavators, cranes (over head and crawling) and boom loaders.
