Now a day, I am working as a “Rotating Equipment Technician” in SHARQ PETROCHAMICAL (SABIC)
Role & Responsibility. Duration: Aug, 2019 to Continue
 I am responsible for Troubleshooting, Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Mechanical Maintenance activities of Rotating Equipment to ensure the Availability and Integrity of the installed Equipment in terms of Safety and Reliability.
 I am responsible to prepare Work Permits and conduct the Toolbox Meeting/Safety Talks with the execution team prior to start the maintenance activities and involved in TRA & JSA preparation.
 Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
 Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
 Handle personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal tool lists.
 Perform PM in (TPS) On as Per as Weekly schedule.
 To perform JSA before start the job.
 Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
 To ensure the safety of manpower & equipment and plant property.
 To perform maintenance works on high pressure equipment and hydraulic tensioning and tightening of high pressure joints.
 Carry out blinding and de-blinding of connecting pipelines to equipment.
 Performing other works such as preparation of documents site measurements, maintaining spare parts, transportation of material and site cleaning.
 To perform minor and major overhaul of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, Weigher, agitator, Dryer, Screener, Rotary Feeders, Mechanical Seals, Exit Fan gear box etc.
 Carried out Alignment for Rotating equipment of Pump, Compressor, Blower, Pellet Shaft (Laser or Rim and Face, Reverse method.
 Carried out Motor solo run and done monitoring of parameters (vibration, Temperature and RPM).
 Perform & witnessing the System final box up, Mechanical Running test, lube oil flushing, System leak test and inert gas purging.
 Carry out general inspections and mechanical preservation work within the equipment such as pumps, chemical injection packages, Blowers, compressors, Heat exchanger, Vessels, valves as per check sheets and attached procedure.
 Carried out Preventive & Corrective maintenance program activities for Rotating and Static equipment’s.
 Trouble - shooting and fault findings on Rotating Equipment failure and Inspection of equipment & machinery to lubricate for smooth operations.
 Ensuring that all the tools are properly utilized and Keeping tools & workplace clean on daily basis.
 Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
 Having Good Knowledge in Computer applications, Updating for daily and weekly report.

 Verifying piping material identity (pipe, valves and fittings) and its conformance to the installation drawings.
 Verifying that welding inspection has been performed and joints have been released.
 Verification that dimensions and alignment tolerances of the piping systems are as per constructs specifications.
 In-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedure including flange alignments, torquing, cleanliness etc.
 Performing piping walk down inspection and completing punch lists. Verifying that punch list items have been dealt with in accordance with the contractual arrangements.
 Reviewing and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing.
 Witness Air Blowing, Hydro Test, Service Test, Pneumatic Test and Flushing.
 Implement the Quality Control Intervention points on the Inspection and Test Plans, ITP (Surveillance, Witness, Hold Point and Record Review.
 Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection till final acceptance of the piping systems.
 To ensure that all contractual and code requirements are met as far as the inspection scope is concerned.
 Witnessing of welder Qualification test.
 Welder’s Performance Qualification Tests.
 Before welding fit-up Inspection, during welding preheat.
 Inspect the dimensions, joint preparation & fit up with approved drawings.
 Inspection of welding as per approved procedures.
 Inner/outer diameter, Root face, as per specification.
 Incoming material inspection.
 Bolt Tightening.
 Co-ordination with client.
