Carry out Risk Assessment of each Process activity and report unsafe conditions / hazards.
Perform adequate on the field measurements to reduce the number of deviations and to participate to improve process stability.
Monitor Process, report deviations and strive for continuous process improvement.
Perform Process measurements i.e. temperature, moisture, pressure, Gas flow, Dust, Material flow rate.
Perform measurements and calculations working in compliance with internal procedures. Use soft tools developed by the Division (gas velocities and flows, heat balance, milling software).
Communicate results clearly and follow implementation.
Keep update with the evolution of new measurement techniques; in this case liaise with Technical Centre and the Instrumentation staff.
Propose improvement on process and on his/her working tools in order to maximize performance.
Carry out trails of New Products in collaboration with Production and Quality team.
