- Managed the company VAT returns & refunds without the help of an external consultant.

F&B COST CONTROLLER LAGARDERE TRAVEL RETAIL, Dubai, U.A.E. 08/2016 - 07/2018
Earned during my assignment the promotion to take the lead of the F&B Cost Control department. A sensitive assignment, managing all corporate controlling processes as well as operational cost control. Supervised financial performances of all F&B units as well as centralized warehouse/ kitchen. Responsible for monthly analysis, reports, and improvement processes.
- Established within the company operational cost control processes, training of managerial employees, supervising the correct handling of it leading to an overall annual F&B cost of 24%.

- Restructured operational processes in inventory control, coordinated controlling processes with Corporate Executive Chef & Operational Director leading to decrease of waste by 2% and elimination of any inventory loss.

- Created and implemented a ‘revenue maximization process’ tool, supporting revenue improvement leading to an overall revenue increase of 7%.

Recruited to manage all financial accounting processes within this Import/ Export company. Responsibility included all daily
accounting principles, preparation of all financial reports, managing credit collection, reconciliation and cashflow management.
