• Assisting the Project Managers / Employers representative to Co-ordinate the Progress meetings, Co-ordination meetings with the Project Stakeholders & Preparation of Reports (Periodic reports, Planning Formats, Project Status and Progress).

Ensuring that the Project Communication tools like Programmers & Reports are adhered to.
• Preparing Medium & Short term Target programmers.
• Look Ahead programmers, Sub programmers and Micro programmers in order to meet the Project Schedule & Planned Progress Milestones.
• Providing the Site teams with various Formats/Charts/Graphs.
• Conducting regular site progress meetings to discuss the various critical issues.

• Preparing Contract Master Program With Resource & Cost Loading.
• Updating, Scheduling and Tracking of the Contract Master Program.
• Plan the work forces, machineries and major materials for carrying out constructional works by referring into the Resource Histograms & Schedule.
• Preparation & Updating of the Material Procurement Schedule, Shop Drawing Schedule
• Identify the critical activities and their impact on the project schedules.
• Productivity Analysis & Reports
