Reporting to General Manager, I am responsible for
• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Preparation of monthly and weekly cash flow/fund flow statements for the planning purposes

• Preparing MIS reports and presenting it to respective HOD’S for checking of their respective
departmental expenses
• Project Costing / project pricing
• Reconciling bank statements, prepared cash flow forecasts, performed month-end close entries.
• Analysis of actual expenditure for annual budgeting and prepare the actual Vs Budget on a monthly
basis
• Cover all aspects of accounts payable management
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and
of the VAT regulations.
• Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
• Ensuring that the customers pay at the right time and revising their credit terms as appropriate after
consulting General Manager
• Complete working of Company staff gratuity and payroll (WPS) along with other benefits.
• liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Reconciliation of all the ledgers ( Payable, receivable, Banks Reconciliation and reconciliation of Subsidiary company with SDPT)
• Fixed Asset Management, Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
