 Handled Exports & Imports Activities like preparation, Analyzing & verification of Documents & L/C's.

LOGISTICS:
 Handling customs, port and other statutory requirements for smooth movement of import cargoes and export shipments.
 Assisted and fair knowledge of International Freight Forwarding/Logistic.
 Achievements:
 Coordinate shipments going to customers with complete shipment information.
 Assure that shipments meet customer’s requirements.
 Administer essential material information from all other sources; accessing through inquires and reports that includes; quantities required, allocated, requi-sitioned, on order and issued.
 Follow up on all Logistics coordination with Freight Forwarding Company, Cus-toms & Port.
 Review and control all documentation for maintaining the minimum order level.
 Provide daily and monthly stock reports with remarks for management review.
 Generate reports (stock report, invoice details report etc) from database. Main-tain status report of customs duty payments made against inbound-outbound shipments.
 Prepare shipping orders and keep track of all shipping orders for various suppli-ers.
