Pakistan & Afghanistan
Business development in Pakistan and Afghanistan through appointment of distributors, sales team along with the marketing
planning. Responsible for P&L. Developed and implement policies according to the business and country regulation. Developed
local third party manufacturer to reduce the cost of products and minimize the lead time from Dubai/India. Reduced overhead
expense and ensured the efficiency in business by providing right resource / GTM. Safeguard Pakistan business from gray
channel (UAE, India and Afghanistan), ensured the demand planning and sales forecasting according to the annual budget.
Liaison with UAE and India supply chain, Marketing and finance departments for seamless imports from India and Dubai
I led the two major franchises of Pepsi Cola International for implementation of S&D. People, Sales & Infrastructure development. Initiated Sales automation system including primary/Secondary sales and data reporting, implementation of S&D model in
both franchises at distributors’ level. Pre-Sell, training, hiring right people for right position, provide assessment of available resource to COO for right sizing of the organization. Co-ordination with Finance, Marketing, MIS & HR. Initiated different market
surveys for outlet and equipment, simplified the sales targets and incentive plan for sales team and distributors
