Turned around the Pakistan business by revamping the Sales & Distribution in Pakistan & Afghanistan, got appreciation from
company and rated “Supper Achiever”. Reporting to COO MENAP and Company Director to establish Emami business in
Pakistan & Afghanistan
Business development in Pakistan and Afghanistan through appointment of distributors, sales team along with the marketing
planning. Responsible for P&L. Developed and implement policies according to the business and country regulation. Developed
local third party manufacturer to reduce the cost of products and minimize the lead time from Dubai/India. Reduced overhead
expense and ensured the efficiency in business by providing right resource / GTM. Safeguard Pakistan business from gray
channel (UAE, India and Afghanistan), ensured the demand planning and sales forecasting according to the annual budget.
Liaison with UAE and India supply chain, Marketing and finance departments for seamless imports from India and Dubai
