Investigate and resolve all post-paid billing & payment related customer cases within the defined service levels.
Managing, Compliance of Revenue/ Business processes & policies
Technical and Service know how for Mobile, Fixed/Data Line, Cable IPTV packages.
Investigating and solving complex problems distributed across multiple processes and systems.
Redefining business processes to fix issues from the root cause.
Ensuring cross functional departments are aligned and updated on existing processes/ policies.
Provide Billing, Collection and Payments related consultancy when needed throughout business.
Task performances in UNIX, SQL environments.
Managing day to day sales activities of American Express.
To provide analysis and commentary on the monthly results.
Analysis of variations in expenditure to budget, plus cost analysis.
Support the preparation of the project plans, ensuring all information required is submitted in sufficient detail after business review and approval.
Develop and prepare regular progress reports on Project/s.
Analyze and communicate Project updates with relevant stake holders.
Develop processes for periodic customer P&L evaluations.
Develop and implement KPI reporting, ensuring KPI's are relevant and meaningful.
Manage business commercial activities and provide the interface into company’s Real Estate business system based in Abu Dhabi.
Ensure compliance with Joint Venture agreements in all Real Estate activities.
Assistance with the development of all joint venture project external requirements i.e. propositions, logistics, contracts, industry requirements and investment reviews.
Establish systems and manage Property Marketing.
Provide commercial requirements for projects and surveillance activities.
Provide the commercial input for all new Real Estate business opportunities including acquisitions, mergers, service and logistics contracts and government requirements.
