Manage the HSE representatives on site and corresponds with client on different HSE issues.
Identify gaps in the management system and develop new procedures to fill the gaps.
Prepare and develop new procedures for the company specific to drilling rigs.
Internal Auditing of all rigs of CCDC for monitoring compliance against the HSE management system.
Manage HSE reporting in main base camp and coordinate with HSE corporate management in dealing with client. Day to Day corresponding with client HSE department and resolve their querries.
Ensure compliance to all determined standards for all HSE programs.
Inspected all contract equipment and ensured compliance to all HSE regulations.
Planned and implemented various preventative activities like HSE campaigns to prevent all incidents and losses. Design HSE training program for all staff members.
Design Audit plan for all facilities.
