 Manage the HSE representatives on site and corresponds with client on different HSE issues.
 Identify gaps in the management system and develop new procedures to fill the gaps.
 Prepare and develop new procedures for the company specific to drilling rigs.
 Internal Auditing of all rigs of CCDC for monitoring compliance against the HSE management system.
 Manage HSE reporting in main base camp and coordinate with HSE corporate management in dealing with client.  Day to Day corresponding with client HSE department and resolve their querries.
 Ensure compliance to all determined standards for all HSE programs.
 Inspected all contract equipment and ensured compliance to all HSE regulations.
 Planned and implemented various preventative activities like HSE campaigns to prevent all incidents and losses.  Design HSE training program for all staff members.
 Design Audit plan for all facilities.
