While supervising the team of consultants engaged in financial, corporate & investment advisory and consultancy, my role as Senior Financial Consultant includes following responsibilities:
• Overseeing financial advisory on commercial loans, due diligence & valuations and private equity placement.
• Managing the team responsible for providing corporate advisory services to the clients mainly focused on strategy consultancy, market studies, organizational consultancy, business planning and feasibility study.
• Spearheaded industry / sector research & analysis with assessment of sector development & economic studies.
• Looking after the strategy support tasks for clients through opportunity assessment, data searches & analysis.
• Orchestrating complex due diligence reviews in cooperation with clients to capitalize on long-term growth and profit improvement opportunities.
• Transition strategy into tactical plans developing procedures and policies for clients to drive market growth.
• Identify opportunity, structure partnerships, and capture emerging business ventures through strategic and business planning processes.
