Having over 30 years of experience on active military service as commissioned officer in Pak Army, served on various coveted assignments of Command, Instructions, Staff, Military Operations, Counter Terrorism, Internal Security and Border duties. During those three decades I have been doing all sorts of activities related to military operations, command, border duties, training, management, selection, induction, training, evaluation, project s, counter terrorism, internal security, disaster management, sectarian unrest and law and order. The backward Career Path Summary is as under:-
 Director Personnel Services, General Headquarters from July 2011 to date. Dealt with matters related to Ceremonies, Parades, Dresses, Leave and high level Military Get to Gathers/functions.
 Command of an Infantry Brigade from July 2009 to July 2011. In addition to routine duties, imparted counter terrorism training and supervised construction of Counter Terrorism Center Pabbi near Kharian and dealt with sectarian unrest, law and order situation and anti-flood duties in Faisalabad Division.
 Commanded South Waziristan Scouts from August 2007 to July 2009. Planned, led, supervised, monitored and executed number of successful operations against terrorists under extremely testing and challenging environment.
 Grade 1 Staff Officer at Joint Staff Headquarters from August 2005 to 2007. Contributed meaningfully in enhancing military cooperation among Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, China, USA, UK, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan and other countries. Championed writing of job description and charter of duties of entire Joint Warfare Directorate
 Deputy President ISSB Kohat from December 2002 to July 2005. Over 30 months stay at ISSB interviewed over 2500 candidates and documented their complete personality profile to great accuracy. Also carried out research and comparison of various selection systems of the world’s leading countries.
 Commanded a Heavy Anti-Tank Battalion from October 2000 to December 2002. Led the unit in Pakistan Day Parade held on 23rd March 2001. Moved unit to Malir from Bahawalpur and defended the motherland in 2002 escalation from January to December 2002. During my command unit secured eight top positions in various competitions and was declared champion battalion of the Division for year 2000/2001.
 Grade 2 Staff Officer in Military Operations Directorate from October 1998 to October 2000. Saw Kargil and Military Takeover of 1999 through, played an important role in establishment and initial running of Chief Executive Secretariat at Islamabad from October to December 1999.
 Company Commander/Term Commander/Instructor Class B at Pakistan Military Academy from July 1995 to October 1996. Received, groomed, trained and passed out 4th Technical Graduate Course. Its performance during the training was declared the BEST. The course as a whole is still maintaining its record.
 Company Commander in 27 Azad Kashmir Regiment from December 1993 to July 1995. Won all training competitions held at Chor under 18 Division and my company was declared the BEST in entire Division.
 Instructor Class B at School of Ordnance Malir Cantonment 1994. Planned, organized and efficiently conducted Junior Officer’s Leadership Course from March to June 1994.
 Instructor Class C and Class B at School of Infantry & Tactics Quetta from July 1991 to January 1993. Conducted number of courses during my tenure and got “DISTINGUISHED” during employment as instructor.
 Company Commander, Adjutant, Quartermaster, Mechanical Transport Officer and Unit Signal Officer from 1984 to 1991. Performed all duties with honor, pride, dignity and distinction.

Awards. In addition to number of local military awards, I have also been awarded UN Medal and Sitara e Imtiaz (Military) in 1997 and 2014 respectively.
