1. Site supervision, Quality control, Mechanical works inspections.
2. Make sure that all approved material going to install in right track & comply with manufacturer Recommendations along with approved shop drawings.
3. Review shop drawings and compliance site installation accordingly, to make sure connections, locations, level, dimensions, services access and safety measures to achieve project design parameters.
4. Coordinates with all other trades to achieved project progress & engineering goals without conflicts.
5. Conduct research on problems and study solutions as per site condition in order remains smooth operation & progress without any delay.
6. Testing & commissioning all systems (HVAC, Firefighting & suppression system, Plumbing, Steam, Chillers plant, Boiler plant, Pump station, Fans, heat exchanger, Medical Gases, LPG & Fuel supply system.)
7. Safety responsibilities during site installation & inspection in order to prevent physical harm and safe operation coordinated with contractor and team members.
8. Review Redline and AS Built drawings.
9. Design & review of all ministry of Interior project all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (KSA)
10. Review the value engineering studies for all mechanical design works prior to proceed all engineering documents into Tendering department.
11. Coordinate with all other consultants to achieve MOI requirements and ensure to comply by contractor during site implementation.
12. Provide specialist advice on across all MOI’s Projects all over the KSA along with solving troubles with engineering correction facilities along with compliance international & local codes.
13. Reporting to project manager as unique contract projects from KAP-1 to KAP-6 (King Abdullah Projects).
14. Development of design prototypes of health centers, Housing compounds, MOI Officer's club, Security forces hospitals, Central Prison centers & Security forces training centers in different sectors in KSA.
1. Preparing a mechanical schematic design proposal & submittal.
2. Preparing mechanical detail calculations for HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing & submittal.
3. Preparing Mechanical detail design drawings & submittal.
4. Preparing Coordination design drawings and submittal
5. Preparing mechanical detail Bill of Quantities and project specs according to Project budget.
6. Review and reply for contractor quires.
1. Preparing a mechanical detail shop drawings and submittal.
2. Preparing mechanical Material submittal, RFI, SCR. Redline drawings.
3. Preparing Coordination with other trades in order to prevent conflicts at the site.
4. Preparing weekly mechanical site progress report and submit to the Project manager.
