been working in SF Engineering Co. LLC as QA/QC Manager for Industrial, Buildings, Roads,
Bridges & Infrastructure Projects from

and Method Statement.
* Supervise & guide the Installation of Duct Pipe (1.2m Dia.) in Bridge Deck Slab Jointing and bottom Space.
* Prepare Method Statement for Pouring Bridge Deck Slab (1.5M x17M x 60M) and Precast Bridge Girders with
different sizes max up to 35 M long.
* Monitor the Installation of Cable Tendons in duct and Stressing of Cables as per approved stressing
sequence by FREYSSINET & finally Grouting as per approved Method Statement and ITP.
* Supervise & guide the Installation of Formwork & external Electric Vibrator along the Formwork of Girders.
* Supervise Re-bars, Duct pipe, Vent duct, Post Tensioning device & duct profile as per RFC Drawings.
* Monitor the Installation of Tendons in duct, Stressing as per sequence and Cutting of Tendons, Grouting and
finally End Covering of Wedges of Girders with C40.
* Prepare Method Statement for Installation of Bridge Bearing (Mechanical & Elastomeric) on Pier Cap and
* Abutment walls & Grouting of Bearing Pads & Installation of Precast Girders and prepare Lifting Plan.
* Monitor and guide the Installation of Embedded Items (MEP) in Formwork & construction of Jersey barrier,
Lighting Poles, Expansion Joint, Crack Control Joint in Jersey barrier as per RFC drawings prior to pouring.
* To verify the installation of expansion Joint material and Water Stopper and waterproofing of RCC Str.
* Prepare Method Statement for repairing Concrete and other Structural deficiencies.
* Coordination with Client and Consultant FE to discuss the ongoing construction activities and Progress.
* Review the Shop Drawings and mark the Changes in RFC Drawings and keep record of As-Built drawings.
* Coordinate with Procurement department for Delivery, Handling and Storage of material as per Schedule.
* To prepare Mock-Ups & Planning of work as per Project Schedule and Monitor the Progress accordingly.
* Management of QC Engineers and Supervisor and guide them for each activity prior to installation.
* Keep records of Project documents, Invoices, BOQ & Drawings and Contract specification.
* Prepared the Minutes of weekly progress Meeting and internal meetings with different departments.
* Liaison with Client, Consultant and all the Stake holders involves to discuss Quality issues.
* Defines procedures for all areas of the contract to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood,
carried out and documented as per project specs and QC Plan.
