I joined this company in March 2006 as Senior Technical Writer. (www.its.ws). They have a complete Billing solution for telecom operators: I am responsible for product and customer documentation. Complete set of deliverables for TABS include Operational Manuals, User Guides, Training Presentations, On-line Tutorials, Web Helps, Context Sensitive Help, Process Documentation, and Quick Start Guides.My responsibilities included to communicate with the customer for gathering the Requirement and participate in the scoping phase of Implementation. I have also visited various countries Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Nigeria and Sudan and completed assignment in projects.

Product Design: Preparation of mockups for the enhancements in existing Applications. Designing software introductions for clients. Suggesting New Look & Feel and New functionalities after studying the Call Centre market to existing Arc Connect System.
Technical Writing: I started the documentation for Arc products from scratch. I was the first Technical Writer hired there. I created the templates, developed the documentation standards, and finally managed to complete the user documentation for entire Arc suit of products. The documentation include: White Papers, Product Data Sheets, Help Manuals, Walkthroughs, Installation guide, Trouble shooting guides, Support manuals and Content Sensitive Help.
