• Working as a Unified Collaboration Consultant, primary duties includes Presales & Postsales of Unified Collaborations/ IP Telephony.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts reference to UC Solutions.
• To survey customer premises to gather requirements for their unified collaboration network design.
• Design, Assessment and Preparation of UC RFPs for the different customers of the company.
• Custom preparation of detailed pricing quotes down to the catalogue and vendor part number and detailed design drawings of the UC Solutions representing end to end physical and logical connectivity.
• Presenting proposed UC Solutions from technical standpoint with sales team for the customers.
• Deployment of proposed UC Solutions.

• Working as a Cisco UC and Data Network Support Engineer dedicatedly for a customer (Ministry of Endowment & Religious Affairs) in the first half. The customer has Head office as primary site having Cisco Unified Communication
Manager Cluster while 15 remote branches are working as SRST. Cisco Products to support are Cisco Unified
Communication Manager v7.1, Unified Contact Centre Express 7, Cisco Unity 7, Right Fax 9.4, Cisco Routers as Voice
Gateways, Cisco Switches and Cisco IP Phones.
• In 2nd half, used to look after routine projects/ICT Support for different customers of the company.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, accountable for handling SLA (Service Level Agreement)
client complaints and implementing viable resolution to issues
• Design and lead all functional areas of IP Telephony, WAN and LAN projects at both physical and logical layer
• Provide efficient technical assistance to client and assign engineers for troubleshooting of network issues while ensuring adherence to specified SLA timeframe
• Administer the installation and configuration of different platforms by different principle vendors.
• Proactively involve and participate in pre- and post-sales meetings with clients determining project scope and technical
requirements
• Lead teams of engineers/technicians during projects if deputed as a project manager
• Translate scope of work into configuration Items
• Prepare template configurations and applets for designed networks to be deployed
• To survey customer premises to gather requirements for their network design
• Communication with CISCO TAC regarding CISCO IP Telephony and WAN
• Raising RMA's with CISCO
• Worked as team lead with clients and efficiently handled client complaints regarding IP Telephony and WAN
• Lead efforts toward the successful deployment of CISCO networks devices at various organizations
• Installed and configured CISCO IP Telephony products, routers, switches, hubs, and modems
• Responsible for maintaining & managing System Forms at individual and departmental level
