• Managing team of 10 Business Analysts and outsourced consultants in Cards and e-channels department as direct manager.
• Work closely with multiple banking departments i.e. Card operation, Card Risk, Merchant acquiring, Retail Business, Corporate & SME business and provide support to Business units in Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, KSA, Tunisia, UK, France, Indonesia

• Conduct Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Quality Assurance, Post live verifications of cards related Projects. Provide subject matter advise to senior management.
