 Maintaining Inventory for the IT Assets.
 Build PC on demand with customization, Install and configure hardware components and resolve technical issues.
 PC Maintenance tasks include, Backups / Restore, PC Performance Optimize, Security Configuration, Data Migration etc.
 Responding to queries via Helpdesk Ticketing System, Microsoft Teams chat, email, or phone.
 Gained expertise in Global Infrastructure Management including setup, design, implementation of LAN and WAN support under Microsoft Windows server platform with the help of Network Schema.
 Following up with users to ensure full resolution of issues.
 Remotely accessing hardware or software for users to make changes and fix problems.
 Trouble Shoot multiple issues such as, Hardware problems, Virus Infections & OS Corruptions.
 Network Communication problems, Domain Client logons, Security Problems, Internet issues, Slow Performance, No Display, Power troubles etc.
 Configuring Mail Outlook 2010, Office 2013 / 2016 & Office 365, for the users.
 Installing and configuring DNS & DHCP Server.
 Monitoring & resolving the issues with the help of PRTG Software for better Network Performance.
 Monitoring & Deploying Kaspersky AV to the end users with the help of Kaspersky Console.
 Setup & Configure Workgroup & migrate it to Domain for Clients using ADS in Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 environment.
 Involved in Network Planning, Designing and Implementation.
 Creating of Home folders, Shared folders, User Profiles (Local, Roaming, Mandatory) and Map Network Drives.
 Install and configure Network Printers.
 Coordinate with team members for Network Setup Planning and designing as per the requirement.
 Provide Remote Assistance, Support and Provide support to Remote Desktop clients.
